Andrew L. Anderson is the Title IV-E Project Coordinator responsible for administering the IV-E stipend and educational program for MSW and BASW students preparing for a career in child welfare.
Dr. Anderson has over 25 years of professional experience in children's and family mental health as a clinical social worker, administrator, and consultant He also has experience in public schools and employment assistance programs. Dr. Anderson received his MSW from the University of Pittsburgh and his DSW from the University of Pennsylvania. He served on the Penn School of Social Work faculty for five years after receiving his degree. He was also the Director of Part-Time Programs at Penn. He was a faculty member for 6 years at New Mexico State University School of Social Work. At both institutions, he taught in the practice and HBSE sequences. He was also the Title IV-E Director at NMSU for over 2 years prior to his appointment at CSUSB.
